Shipping policy

PAYMENT AND DISPATCH
The following conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and to the following countries: Albania, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat rate of €2.50 per order for shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge a flat rate for shipping costs abroad as follows:

4,50 €
Provision of digital content:


There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Digital content is made available to you via a link sent to you by e-mail.
This e-mail with access data for the provision of the digital content will be sent within 12 hours of the conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment has been agreed).

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1-2 days, for deliveries abroad within 2-4 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
